Babis Makrynikolas is a product executive with fifteen years of experience.

At Amazon, he worked on marketplace pricing serving 2M+ third-party sellers, helped scale Prime Now's last-mile logistics, and led pricing for EC2, Amazon's largest cloud service. At Blueground, he is part of the executive team, currently leading the marketplace business and demand generation. He has previously overseen product management, design, pricing, and BI/Analytics, contributing to scaling the company from early stage to $700M+ in revenue.

Babis holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BSc in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus.

He writes regularly on Rubik's Cube, a Substack covering marketplace dynamics, product strategy, and the ideas in between.

Outside of work, he is passionate about riddles and logic puzzles, and is currently working on a project in that space.
